I had such a positive experience as a Day Case patient. Everything was organised, timely. All the staff were welcoming, polite, patient and friendly. Everyone made me feel at ease and calm when I expressed my worries about the procedure. I feel so grateful that I received treatment at Cleveland Clinic Hospital. I received the best care and am thankful to everyone involved.

Mr Bhattacharya was excellent and clear about what he planned to do and what might happen depending on what was discovered in the surgery. He gave a thorough post op review with imagery. The nursing staff were exceptional with their friendly manner and attention to care. Christelle with glasses and short hair was fantastic. Pharmacist was clear and informative. Without Cleveland Clinic taking on my surgery from the NHS I’d still be waiting and really grateful for such amazing care.

All caretakers were kind and attentive, explained very clearly all procedures and medications. Response was fairly quick when needed assistance.
